Mactac announced several key leadership updates that are designed to accelerate the company’s strategic growth, drive innovation, and enhance execution across the organization.
On May 12, Noelle Sieradzki joined Mactac as vice president of sales and marketing for the Graphics and Merchant Products (Sheets) areas of the business. With expertise in the pressure-sensitive market and over 25 years of senior leadership experience across commercial, R&D, quality, sourcing, and supply chain roles, she has held key positions at Cricut, Avery Dennison, and GE. Known for her collaborative leadership and data-driven approach, Sieradzki will lead a talented team that includes sales, product management, and marketing, driving growth and innovation in the Graphics and Sheets markets.
Mactac has promoted Janet Page to director of the company’s Technical Industrial Tapes business unit. A proven leader and a key force behind Mactac’s success in the industrial tape segment, Page’s strategic focus has driven expansion in high-growth markets, including building and construction, as well as e-mobility. An enthusiastic advocate for breakthrough developments, she recently collaborated with Mactac’s internal Innovation team to advance new adhesive technologies. Her cross-functional efforts have fostered a rich culture of teamwork with customer focused synergies.
To further advance Mactac’s strategic initiatives, the company has promoted Chris Barushak to director of Business Transformation and Strategy, where he will spearhead many of Mactac’s high-impact business initiatives, including the implementation of the enterprise-wide ERP system. Barushak will work to identify and prioritize Mactac’s most significant opportunities for revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience improvement – reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to performance excellence.
